Gemini

The twins Castor and Pollux, one mortal and one immortal. When Castor died, Pollux begged to share his own immortality rather than be parted — and Zeus set the brothers together in the sky.

Their two brightest stars carry their names: Pollux, an orange giant and the nearest giant star to the sun, and Castor, which is in truth six stars bound together.
