These terms apply when you order from SEIZA NORTH. By placing an order, you agree to what is set out below.

The studio

SEIZA NORTH is a trading name of Bergmosi ehf., a company registered in Iceland (company ID 621026-0380), based in Reykjavík. Contact: hello@seizanorth.com.

What you are ordering

Every print is made to order at one of our fine art printing partners, usually in or near your country. Production typically takes two to three working days, shipping another three to seven days depending on your location.

Prices, currency and taxes

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping is included. Depending on where you live, local taxes or import duties may apply and are not included in the listed price; where they apply, they are collected by the carrier or your local authorities at delivery.

Payment

Payments are processed by Mollie through a secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Custom Edition

The Custom Edition is made to your own inputs (date, time and place). Because it is personalised, it cannot be resold and is not covered by the right of withdrawal described in our Refund policy. Please check your inputs carefully before ordering. Replacements for damaged or incorrect prints still apply.

Returns and damage

Our Refund policy explains your 14-day right of withdrawal, how we handle damaged or incorrect prints, and what applies to the Custom Edition.

Intellectual property

All designs, illustrations and text on this site belong to Bergmosi ehf. A purchased print is for personal display. Commercial use, reproduction or resale of the design is not permitted.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Nothing in these terms affects the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country.
